Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

    About Life Coaching....

    What is Coaching

Coaching is accelerating change in your life. It is getting you from where you are to where you want to be. It is achieving clarity around you as a person, what is important to you and what is holding you back. It is freeing you from what is limiting you and moving you forward in the most creative, empowering and fulfilling way possible.

    Who is Coaching for?

Most of us at some point in our personal and professional lives find ourselves stuck, static or lacking direction. We lack a sense of clarity in where we are, where we want to be and what to do next. What we know for certain however, is that in order to be happy, we need to make changes.

Coaching facilitates these changes, in both a professional and personal context.

Coaching empowers you with tools, techniques and strategies to achieve clarity in where you are, where you want to be, and importantly, how to get there. It is also making sure you are supported and kept accountable along the way.

    About NLP....

    What is NLP?

Do you ever find that the things you want in life aren’t showing up and the things you don’t want are?

The comforting fact is you are not alone.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (“NLP”) explores the connection between the neurological processes of the brain (neuro), the language we use with ourselves and others (linguistic), and the behavioural and thought patterns we have developed through our experiences (programming).

Who does NLP work best for?

We are born with infinite potential, yet our life experiences and conditioning (family, social and environmental) make us believe otherwise.

If you are someone who finds yourself limited by negative thoughts, beliefs or behavioural patterns, or if you find that your current behaviours and thoughts are not getting you what you want in your personal or professional life (or are consistently getting you what you DON'T want), NLP is for you.

Examples of limiting thoughts and beliefs which result in limiting behaviours can include fear, low self worth, strong inner critic, perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, constant judgement of yourself or others, feeling like your worth is dependant on achievements or material things, constantly putting other people's happiness ahead of yours, repeating old stories that are no longer true (if they ever were).

    How does NLP help?

If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got.

NLP is the practice of exploring and becoming conscious of these processes, language and behavioural patterns, which are often negative and limiting, so you can make different and more resourceful choices, leading to the results you want.
